An incredible blend of sweet orange, coconut water, espresso, and lemon flavors, this afternoon pick-me-up or after-dinner drink will have you feeling supercharged, not sluggish.
- 1 espresso shot (try Nespresso Altissio from the VertuoLine range)
- 30 ml Diplomatico rum
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml orange oleo (recipe below)
- 10 ml Green Chartreuse
- 40 ml coconut water
- orange peel
- 5 parts orange peel
- 5 parts sugar
Let steep for at least five hours. Strain out orange peels.
Directions: Shake. Strain and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel.
