23 Sweet Potato Recipes

There’s so much to love about sweet potatoes. All that flavor, budget friendly and so good for your body! Back in February, we shared 20 ways to eat a sweet potato.  Now we’re back with even more ways to enjoy this root vegetable with benefits.

Sweet potatoes are :

  • Rich in Vitamins A and  C, and E
  • A great source of beta-carotene, fiber and potassium.

All in all, a great choice for your diet. As you’ll see from these recipes, they’re also versatile. When you’ve got some sweet potatoes on hand, and want to try a new way to enjoy them, give these recipes a try.

If you’re not feeling creative, go for a traditional baked sweet potato. Preheat your oven to 400° and bake for an hour. Be sure to pierce the potato a couple times with a knife or fork before baking, to allow for expansion in the oven. Once baked, top with some sea salt and butter for a savory taste, or cinnamon and maple syrup for sweet. Delicious!
