Here we are with another simple, effective everyday 1-minute meditation you can use to instantly melt away stress. I love to practice this one as a part of my daily morning practice and in moments when I’m feeling as though stress has gotten the better of me. It helps you to take your power back into your own hands through…you guessed it…your breath!

What is so beautiful about this practice is, if you make it a regular part of your life, you will become so balanced, peaceful, and calm. What once freaked you out will no longer have power over you. You will have more energy to handle the daily stressors of life, instantly quiet the noise of your mind, and maintain a steady rhythm of stillness.

Start with 1 minute and work up to as much as 11 minutes for a true revitalization of your energy and your mind.
